Once you see the thread is updated, you can request for a new PDF archive after 4 hours.The refresh takes 2-10 minutes to take effect.You can click the "force a refresh" link at the bottom of the thread.Most likely the thread was unrolled before the whole Twitter thread was created, or the author added a few more Tweets to the thread later on.
